Vivienne M. Loge
Vivienne M. Loge, age 85, of Fairmont, died Monday, Feb. 13, 2017 at York.
She was born Feb. 3, 1932 in Fairmont to Elmer G. and Margaret E. (Boren) Priefert. She was a graduate of Fairmont High School. Vivienne enjoyed traveling while teaching for the Army in Germany. She also taught as a Para-Professional at York Elementary School. Vivienne enjoyed shoe shopping and loved to collect china dishes. She especially enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephew.
Vivienne is survived by her brother, Neil (Jean) Priefert of Fairmont and sister, Wilma Baker of Norfolk. She is also survived by her nieces, nephew, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law, Robert D. Baker.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, Feb. 17, 2017 at the Metz Chapel in York with the Reverend Mary Scott officiating. Visitation will be held between the hours of 1 – 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, 2017, with the family greeting friends between the hours of 6 – 7 p.m. at Metz Mortuary. Memorials may be directed to the Fairview Manor Auxiliary.
