Jon Brouillette joined the staff of Metz Mortuary in 1990 and purchased the business from the          Harris family in 2005. Jon is a graduate of York High School and of the University of Minnesota          with a bachelor’s degree in Mortuary Science and has been a licensed funeral director and      embalmer since 1985. He was employed at Roper and Sons Mortuary in Lincoln, prior to coming        to York in October of 1990. Jon is married to Misty Brouillette, and they make their home near          McCool Junction. Jon has three children: Adam, Ellie, and Maren.

Misty (Wellman) Brouillette joined the staff of Metz Mortuary in March of 2005. She is a 1998 graduate of York High School, obtained a bachelor’s degree in biology from York College in 2002, and an associate’s of science degree in Mortuary Science from Cypress College (Cypress, California) in 2003. Misty is married to Jon Brouillette and Misty has a daughter, Cessna Brestel.

Paul Hubert joined the staff at Metz Mortuary in January of 2016, and has been a licensed funeral director and embalmer since December of 2015. He is an alumni of Nebraska Wesleyan University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and a 2015 graduate of the KCKCC Mortuary Science Program. Paul and his wife, Addie, reside in York, and they enjoy spending time with family and friends.
