Konni Marie Brumbaugh
Konni Marie Brumbaugh, age 55, of Prescott, AZ, died at her home on Saturday, February 18, 2006. Konni was born at York, NE, on October 27, 1950, to Howard and Doris (Robinson) Harris. Konni was a 1968 graduate of York High School and received her BA degree from Westmar College at LeMars, IA. She was married to Michael G. Brumbaugh at York on March 16, 1974. They lived in York, where she was co-owner and operator of the Spider's Web. They also lived in Fremont, Elkhorn, Sioux City, Aurora, OH, and have resided in Prescott, AZ since 2001. Konni was an accomplished artist, working in a variety of mediums.
Surviving are her husband, Mike, and their son, Gage, of Prescott, AZ; her brother, Chuck Harris, and wife, Karen, of York and thirteen nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents, Howard & Doris.
Funeral services will be held at Metz Mortuary in York on Friday, February 24, 2006, at 11:00 am with the Rev. Jeff Wulf officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery at York. Memorials may be directed to York Community Foundation, Prescott Fine Arts Assn, Yavapai Regional Medical Center Hospice or IDEAS. Visitation will begin Thursday at 9:00 am with family greeting relatives and friends from 7-8 pm at Metz.
