Kirks pride and joy were his seven beautiful grandchildren. He loved going camping with them, sitting on the floor building Legos and putting puzzles together with them. He loved going to all their school activities and programs. He especially loved listening to them sing praises to Jesus!
Kirk and Sharon loved going camping and working in their campground south of Zion Lutheran Church, especially being out there with all the wildlife and seeing Zion’s beautiful church up high on Zion’s hill.
Kirk had a unique ability to visit with anyone anywhere. He never had a problem starting a conversation with anyone and greeted everyone with a welcoming smile. He especially loved to share with everyone, his great love for his Savior.
