Glenda Barnes
Glenda Jo Barnes, age 61, of Wilber, died Monday, Sept. 21, 2015 at the Wilber Care Center.
She was born June 12, 1954 to Glen C. and Joanne (Schuster) Ramsey in Beatrice. On Nov. 17, 1978 she was united in marriage to Eugene Barnes in York. Glenda enjoyed playing cards and loved the outdoors, fishing, and camping.
She is survived by her mother, Joanne Ramsey of Wilber; three sisters, Pam (Mike) Pospisil of Wilber, Beth Miller of York and Sherri (Glenn) Anderson of Hebron; two brothers, Shelby Ramsey of Grand Blanc, Mich. and Glen Ramsey of York and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father; special friend, Brian Henderson and sister-in-law, Linda Ramsey.
Glenda’s family extends a special thank-you and appreciation to the Wilber Care Center Staff for the loving care that was provided to Glenda.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, Sept. 25, 2015 at the Wilber Care Center with Rayl Robbins officiating. Private family inurnment. Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation. Cremation, no viewing or visitation.
