Frank L. Brumbaugh
Frank L. Brumbaugh, 61, of Bradshaw, died Thursday, Sept. 22, 2011 at Marquette.
He was born April 8, 1950 to Calvin and Jean (Vincent) Brumbaugh in York. He was a graduate of Bradshaw High School.
On Dec. 19, 1970, he was united in marriage to Phyllis M. Roehrs in Hampton. Frank had owned a trucking business, along with an auto and farm parts business.
He was past mayor of Bradshaw and was a member of Countryside Bible Church – Hampton, where he was involved with children’s ministry. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping, but most of all spending time with his family.
Frank is survived by his wife, Phyllis, of Bradshaw; son, Darrin (Terri) Brumbaugh and their children Isabelle and Ava of Bradshaw; daughter, Dixie (Seth) Christian and their children, Zayli and Ezekiel of Nashville, Tenn.; brother, Ralph (Sandy) Brumbaugh of York; sister, Sharon (Larry) Riekenberg of Lincoln; sister-in-law, Kathy Brumbaugh of Fremont; and nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Vincent.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, Sept. 26, 2011 at Arbor Drive Community Church, York. Private interment will be held in Plainfield Cemetery, Bradshaw. Visitation will be held from 1-9 p.m. on Saturday and from 1-9 p.m. on Sunday with family greeting friends from 7-8:30 p.m., Sunday evening.
Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
