Cora C. Bulgrin
Cora C. (Cotner) Bulgrin, age 102, formerly of Waco, NE, passed away at the York General Hearthstone on Monday, September 22, 2014. She was born December 24, 1911 at Elizabeth, IN to Walter and Clara Cotner. She was united in marriage to Erwin G. Bulgrin on March 20, 1936 at Waco.
Cora is survived by her daughter, Lila (Robert) Beed, Chambers, NE. Also surviving are nieces, Nancy (John) Friesen, Henderson, Gayle (Duane) Heiden, Waverly, and nephews, Douglas W.(Diane) Cotner, Camino, CA and Russell W. (Donna) Rice, York. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her brother, Manford Cotner, and her sisters, Beulah Rice and Jene Dennis.
Celebration of Life services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, September 26, 2014 at First United Methodist Church in York with the Reverends Bob Call and Curt Copple officiating. Interment will follow at the Waco Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-9 pm Wednesday and 9 am-9 pm Thursday at the mortuary. The family will receive friends from 6-8:30 Thursday evening. Memorials may be directed to Waco United Methodist Church, Epworth Village, or the Waco Cemetery Association.
