Alan Kliewer
Alan James Kliewer age 55 of York, NE died Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at York.
He was born December 21, 1963 at Henderson, NE to Benjamin and Olga (Buller) Kliewer. Alan graduated from Henderson High School and then went on to receive his Associates degree in Auto Mechanics at Milford Southeast Community College. A member of Bethesda Mennonite Church in Henderson, Alan was a retired mechanic in Lincoln and was also trained as a welder. He loved his cats, music and classic cars.
He is survived by his brothers, Larry (Ruth) Kliewer and Don (Diane) Kliewer all of Henderson and their families. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services are scheduled for 3:00 PM, Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at the Bethesda Mennonite Cemetery, north of Henderson. A memorial service will follow at 3:45 PM, at the Bethesda Mennonite Church, Henderson. There will be no viewing or visitation as Alan has been cremated. Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
