Norman Warwick

Norman W. Warwick, 85 died Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at Savannah, GA. He was born July 21, 1923 in Lincoln, NE and was a longtime resident of Savannah. He attended the University of Nebraska and was later called to service as a member of the U.S. Air Force where he served as corporal for three years. After his service in the Air Force, he returned to the University of Nebraska and graduated in 1949. He was retired from K Mart Corporation as an Executive after 39 years of service where he finished his career in Savannah. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles W. and Bessie P. Warwick, and three sisters, Virginia B. Warwick of Huntington Beach, CA, Eleanor Webb of Syracuse, N.Y., and Marjorie Wochner of York, NE.

He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Mary Ellen and Jim Halstead of York, NE and six nieces and nephews. Graveside services were held at Greenwood Cemetery, York, NE.
