Bonnie Waller

Bonnie Waller, age 85 of York, NE, died Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at York. She was born on October 13, 1924 at Jasper, Mo to Frank and Cecil M. (Brandenburgh) Woods. She was married to Paul S. Waller at Carthage, MO May 24, 1947. They moved to York, Nebraska January, 1949 where she was a member of the First United Methodist Church, was a Charter member of United Methodist Women and a member of Grace Chapter 87 O.E.S.

She is survived by husband, Paul of York, a daughter Robin (Mike) Abrams, Los Altos, CA, a son Rex (Denise) Waller, Omaha, two granddaughters Sarah and Libby Abrams, two grandsons Matthew and Jonathan Waller, one sister Leora Moore, Gooding Idaho. She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters.

Services were held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 9, 2010 at the First United Methodist Church in York with the Reverend Pat Norris officiating. Burial was in York’s Greenwood Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Shrine Crippled Children’s Hospital or to the family.
