Pam Tangdall

Pamela Sue Tangdall, 47, of Wichita, Kan., passed away on Jan. 9, 2009 at Via Christi Saint Francis Medical Campus after a courageous battle with cancer, with many family members at her side. Pam was born on June 14, 1961 in York to Sharon and James Fuller. She grew up in York and graduated from York High School in 1979. She married her best friend and love of her life, Steve Tangdall, on Oct. 27 1994. Pam worked at Willowbend Country Club in Wichita. Pam lived for her family and many friends. She loved traveling, going to golf tournaments with Steve and visiting family.

Pam is survived by family members: husband, Steve Tangdall of Wichita; mother, Sharon (Holoch) Zulkoski; stepfather, Rich Zulkoski; brother and sister-in-law, Marty and Kristy Zulkoski; niece, Abigail Zulkoski, all of Greeley, Colo.; stepdaughter, Sara Tangdall; father and mother-in-law, Jim and Betty Tangdall, sisters-in-law, Laurie (Dan) Kemp, Kris (Doug) Greenwald; nieces, Allison Kemp, Gracie Greenwald; and nephew, Danny Kemp, all of Omaha. She is also survived by uncle, Greg (Kristie) Holoch; cousins, Kylee, Cody and Zac Holoch of York; Virginia Fuller, Michael and Mark Spencer, Michelle Pohl, Norman and Doug Fuller, Tish Roland and Debbie Miller. Preceding her in death were her father, James Fuller; her younger sister, Polly Fuller; sister-in-law, Mandy Zulkoski; maternal grandparents, Carl and Martha Holoch; and paternal grandparents, Herman and Mary Fuller.

Memorial services were held at 2:00 pm Saturday, January 17, 2009 at the Metz Chapel in York with the Reverend Mike Eickhoff officiating. It was Pam’s wish to be cremated so there was no viewing or visitation. Memorial donations may be made to the Cancer Center of Kansas, 818 N. Emporia, S-403, Wichita, KS, 67214.
