Ethyl L. Sack

Ethyl L. Sack age 92 of Lincoln formerly a longtime resident of rural Gresham, NE., died Friday, July 23, 2004 at Lincoln. She was born July 1, 1912 at Gresham to Frank and Olive (Page) Wilson and graduated from Gresham High School. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in York, enjoyed quilting, flowers and ceramics. Ethyl was employed for many years at the Hearthstone in York while living on the family farm but then moved to Lincoln several years ago. On December 31, 1930 she was married to Faye E. Sack at Marysville, KS.

She is survived by one son Robert and his wife Barbara Sack of Chula Vista, CA., and a daughter, Rita and her husband Wayne Eden of Lincoln. 5 Granddaughters 8 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a sister.

Memorial Services were held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, July 28, 2004 at the Metz Chapel in York. Inurnment was in the Cedar Lawn Cemetery at Gresham. Memorials may be directed to the donor’s choice.
