Ronald Ott

Ronald L. Ott age 60 of rural Henderson, NE died Sunday, November 19, 2006 at Henderson. He was born December 19, 1945 at York, NE to Cornelius C. and Margaret (Epp) Ott and graduated from Henderson High School in 1964. Ron was a lifelong member of the Bethesda Mennonite Church in Henderson and farmed in the Henderson area as well. He enjoyed raising and selling Quarter Horses and was a member of the American Quarter Horse Association. He was previously a member and director of the Range Wranglers 4-H Club in Henderson and enjoyed spending time with his family. On April 30, 1967 he was married to Carol Boehr at Henderson.

He is survived by his wife Carol of Henderson, one son, Justin and his wife Tammy Ott of Henderson, two daughters Jessica Ott of Omaha and Jeana Ott of Hastings. Two grandchildren; Peyton Ott and Carson Ott both of Henderson. Also surviving is a brother Ardean and his wife Evelyn Ott of Lincoln, two sisters Janice Ott of Lincoln and Lorraine and her husband Jim Brehm of Talmage, NE. Nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant daughter Andrea.

Graveside services were held Wednesday, November 22, 2006 in the Bethesda Cemetery near Henderson. Memorial services followed at the Bethesda Mennonite Church in Henderson with the Reverend Weldon Martens officiating. Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
