Donna Kathleen Wray Naber

Donna Kathleen Wray Naber was born to Arthur Wray and Dorothy Lottes on September 12, 1941 at York, NE and passed away Saturday, July 26, 2003 at York at the age of 61 years. She was one of eight children in the family.

Donna was married to Reuben R. Naber of York on June 5, 1960. The union was blessed with four children, Todd Allen, Terry Lee, Tami Jo and Traci Lynn.

She grew up in the York area and attended school in York. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Waco. She enjoyed being outside, and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Reuben; two sons, Todd and wife Paula of Lincoln and Terry and wife Tammi of Geneva; two daughters, Tami Naber of Lincoln and Traci and husband Kevin Butzke of York; grandchildren, Trista Naber and Taylor Naber of Lincoln, Tyler Naber and Trevor Naber of Geneva and Aarik Naber of York; great-grandchild, Mackenzie Kramer of Lincoln.

She is also survived by her four sisters, Janet Turek of Lincoln, Marilyn and husband Bob Beetum of Lincoln, Barb and husband Ray Gannon of York and Cindy Eloge of Nebraska City; three brothers, William Wray of York, Richard and wife Susie Wray of Glenwood, IA and Jerry Wray of Council Bluffs, IA; one sister-in-law Linda and husband Arvin Duerksen of York and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Donna was preceded in death by her father, mother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, a nephew and a brother-in-law.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday July 30th at the St. John’s Lutheran Church south of Waco with the Rev. Paul Kern. Burial was in the church cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family choice.
