Gregg Moore

Gregg Lee Moore, age 61, of Gresham, NE, died on February 27, 2011, in Grand Island, NE. He was born June 7, 1949, in Stromsburg, NE to Kenneth and Pauline (Campbell) Moore.

Until the last year, he lived his whole life on the family farm near Gresham, where he was engaged in farming with his family. He attended Gresham Public Schools and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Gresham. Gregg enjoyed music, woodworking, and community activities.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by a sister Joan Black (Lynn) of Grand Island and brothers Michael Moore of Ulysses; Larry (Janice) Moore of Ulysses; Byron (Jan) Moore of Grand Island; and Rod ( Mary) Moore of Aurora, Colorado; 7 nieces and nephews and their families and a host of friends.

Services were held Saturday March 5 at 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church in Gresham and burial was in Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Gresham. Memorials may be given to the Cedar Lawn Cemetery Association, the Gresham Volunteer Rescue Squad, or a charity of choice.
