Dorothy Minchow

Dorothy M. Minchow, age 94 of York, NE, died Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at York. She was born May 12, 1915 at Stromsburg, NE to Ernest and Julia (Anderson) Vincent. Dorothy was united in marriage to Arthur H. Minchow on April 16, 1965 at York.

Left to cherish her memory is her son Robert Foster and his wife Jane of Medford, OR; two daughters: Beverly Nelson of Dallas, TX and Betty & Vern Wahl of Redlands, CA; step-daughter, Betty and her husband Gale Jones of York; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. Preceding Dorothy in death were her parents; husband; brother, Russel; and sisters, Bernice Brumbaugh, Jean Brumbaugh and Juanita Olson.

Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, May 30, 2009 at the United Methodist Church in Bradshaw, NE with the Reverend Mary Scott officiating. Burial followed at Greenwood Cemetery, York. Memorials may be directed to the Bradshaw United Methodist Church.
