Lori Meyer

Lori A. Meyer age 49 of York, NE died Friday, July 6, 2007 at Lincoln. She was born November 14, 1957 at Spencer, IA to Earl C. and Shirley (Hively) Henaman. Lori enjoyed being with her family especially her grandchildren. She also loved motorcycles, traveling, attending concerts and various fairs. On June 24, 1985 she was married to David W. Meyer at Spencer, IA.

She is survived by her husband Dave of York, three sons, Jeremiah Erick of Kansas, Justin and his wife Tina Erick of Sioux City, IA and David Meyer of York. Two daughters, Rachel Erick of Las Vegas, NV and Danielle Meyer stationed in Iraq. 8 Grandchildren, LaVan Dabney of Las Vegas, NV, Walker Erick of Kansas, TreVon Dabney of Las Vegas, NV, Levi Erick Of Grand Island, NE, Caitlyn SueAnn Erick of Sioux City, IA, Riley Ann Meyer of York, Alyssa Erick of Sioux City, IA and Grace Erick also of Sioux City, IA. Three brothers, Jeff Henaman of Rossie, IA, Jon Henaman of Hartley, IA and Earl Charles Henaman II of Spencer, IA. Three sisters, Julie and her husband Joe Holding of York, Lynne and her husband Rick Hefner of Spencer, IA and Melissa Newcomb of Tucson, AZ. Also surviving is her mother Shirley and her husband Roy Newcomb of Spencer, IA. She was preceded in death by her father, two sisters, Kathryn Louise and Barbara Jo and a sister in law Sandra Henaman.

Memorial services were held Thursday, July 12th 2007 at the Metz Chapel in York. A private family inurnment will be held at a later time. Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
