Delores McGregor

Delores Mae Stone McGregor, age 73, of Laguna Vista, TX, and York, Nebraska passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at her residence in Texas. Delores Mae Stone McGregor was born on May 20, 1938, the only child of Leonard and Gertrude Stone. She grew up on the family farm, south of York, NE.

Her parents and the love of her life, Edwin J. Hein, preceded her in death.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her children: Vicky McGregor and companion Rodney McCall of York, and David McGregor and wife Bonnie of York; step-children: Kevin Hein of York, Edwin D. Hein and wife Susanne of North Dakota, and Sandra Singleton of Oklahoma; grandchildren: Eric McGregor, Tara McGregor and companion Shawn French, Austin Neujahr and fiancé Ashley Calder, Luke McGregor and fiancé Ashley Horner, and Tristan McGregor; step-grandchildren: Kaysha Hein, Kyle Hein, Karina Hein, Michael Hein, Lacey Hein, Bryce Hein, Martiens Hein, Eddie Hein, Kassy Hein, and Kaylssa Singleton; and her great-grandchildren: Dominique McGregor, Silas McGregor, Taya French, and Hailey Neujahr.

Memorial services were held at 2:00 pm Saturday, December 3, 2011 at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church in McCool Jct., NE. Inurnment was in York’s Greenwood Cemetery.
