Nadine Mann

This world lost one of its gentlest, most beautiful ladies with the passing of E. Nadeen Mann on October 25, 2008, in Gulf Breeze, Florida. Nadeen went to be in her new home with the Lord while surrounded by her family. She was born near Charleston in York County, Nebraska on November 3, 1919, to Sherman & Gertrude (Baxley) Radcliff. She attended a country school near Bradshaw and York High School. On August 8, 1948, Nadeen was united with the love of her life, Edward N. Mann. To this union three daughters were born. Nadeen worked outside the home until becoming a mother. She then devoted her life and her love to homemaking and raising their family. Artistically and musically inclined, Nadeen loved and appreciated the beauty of God’s earth, animals (especially horses), drawing and painting, music, walking, bicycle riding, crossword puzzles, gardening, spending time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her fellow human beings. She was baptized in the Christian faith and attended Council Church near Bradshaw, East Avenue United Methodist Church in York, and Cokesbury United Methodist Church in Pensacola, Florida.

Nadeen leaves to cherish her memory, daughters, Connie (Al) Ragghianti of Gulf Breeze, Florida; Deborah (Boyd) Friesen of York; Judith Mann of Gulf Breeze, Florida; grandchildren, Danielle (Craig) Bethune, Jason Friesen, Andrew Ragghianti, Melanie Friesen, Allison Ragghianti; great-grandchildren, Cameron, Rheagan, and Kinsleigh Bethune; sister-in-law, Kathryn Radcliff and brother-in-law, Howard McFadden; her “like-a-daughter,” Dale Dugas; special caregiver, Rolanda Booker; many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and countless friends.
