Michael L. Johnson

Michael L. Johnson age 48 of York died Tuesday, February 17, 2004 at York. He was born July 17, 1955 in Lincoln, NE., to Kay E. and Marlene R. (Warnke) Johnson. He was a 1974 graduate of Lincoln High School and was retired from Time-Warner Cable in York after 21 years of service as a Lead Technician. On January 7, 1996 he was married to Cindy Pohl at Las Vegas, NV.

He is survived by his wife Cindy of York. One daughter Brandi Colson of York. One brother Edward L. and his wife Tammy Johnson of O’Fallon, MO., and a sister Patricia K. Spilker of Lincoln. He is also survived by his parents Kay and Marlene Johnson of Lincoln, a grandmother Alma Warnke of Auburn, NE., and a mother-in-law Betty Pohl of York. Nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his two grandfathers and a grandmother.

Memorial services will be held 10:30 a.m., Friday at the Metz Chapel in York with the Rev. Kerry Andrews officiating. The family will greet friends and neighbors from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday evening at the mortuary.
