Norman W. Hall, age 71, of Bradshaw, NE, died Sunday, February 12, 2012 at Grand Island, NE. He was born April 25, 1940 in rural McCool Jct., NE to Willard and Nina (Baker) Hall. He attended country school near McCool and then graduated from McCool Jct. High School. He later served in the U.S. Navy. He was united in marriage to Christine Sellers on May 30, 2003 in Reno, NV. Norman held various positions in the Farm Services Administration. He was a member of the McCool Jct. United Methodist Church. He enjoyed remodeling houses, playing golf, and was an avid husker fan.
Survivors include his wife Christine of Bradshaw, NE; son, Doug (Kerri) Hall of Frisco, TX; daughters Dayna (Darrell) Testerman from TX, and Stephanie (Jim) Mack of Lincoln, NE; eleven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers, Roland (Annie) Hall of McCool Jct., and Gary (Nancy) Hall of Fullerton, NE; three sisters, Treva Perkins of York, NE, Phyllis (Jerry) Bickert of Lincoln, NE, and Marilyn (Jim) Carroll of Columbus, NE. Preceding Norman in death were his parents and brother, Vernon.
Services were held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, February 16, 2012 at the United Methodist Church in McCool Jct., NE. Interment was in the Blue Valley Cemetery, east of McCool Jct., NE. Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
