Bernice E. Hall

Bernice E. Hall age 75 of York died Monday, July 26, 2004 at York. She was born February 18, 1929 in Pierce County, NE., to Walter and Clara Lillian (Wulf) Lubke. Bernice was formerly employed at the York Laundry for many years. She enjoyed sewing, country music, birds and dancing to her husband’s band. In August of 1973 she was married to Forrest “Tex” Hall.

She is survived by 7 step children. Two sisters, Lois Myers and Delores Peterson both of York. Nieces and nephews including, Ron and Teresa Myers of Sidney, NE., Don and Connie Myers of Kansas City, MO., Lori Peterson and Dennis Peterson both of York. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one niece Laura Bernice Peterson, a nephew Dana Myers, a brother in law Matthew H. Peterson and a step father Albert H. Miller.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Friday at the Metz Chapel in York with the Reverend Ron Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery in Lincoln. Memorials may be directed to the York General Hearthstone.
