Betty Doremus-Farho

Betty Lou Doremus-Farho, age 62 of Crescent, IA, died Monday April 10, 2006 at Crescent. She was born October 20, 1943 at North Platte, NE to Archie B. and Lucille E. (Inman) Lee. She was married to Arthur Lee Farho in Las Vegas, NV on July 13, 2002. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She is survived by her husband Arthur Farho of Crescent IA; daughters, Cindy and her husband Mike Searle of Taylorsville, UT, Pauline Addison of Payson, UT, Tracy and her husband Keven Dye of Waco, NE, Hidi Swanson of Omaha; son Richard and his wife Christine Patterson of Omaha; step-daughters, Katja and her husband Scott Musgrove of Yutan, NE and Kerstin and her husband Bernard Post of Bennington, NE. Also surviving is a sister Patricia Majors of Grand Junction, Co and 30 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, 7 siblings and an infant son.

Funeral services were held 10:30 A.M. Thursday, April 13, 2006 at the Metz Chapel in York. Burial was at Greenwood Cemetery near York. Memorials may be directed to the family.
