Esther Epp

Esther E. Epp age 79 of Henderson, NE died Sunday, April 30, 2006 at Henderson. She was born October 10, 1926 south of Henderson, NE to Jacob C. and Helena (Dick) Epp. Esther graduated from Henderson High School in 1945 and was an active member of the Bethesda Mennonite Church in Henderson. On April 5, 1946 she was married to Dennis D. Epp at Henderson.

She is survived by her husband Dennis D. Epp of Henderson, two daughters, Florence and her husband Robert Friesen and Kathleen and her husband Galen Friesen both of Henderson. Grandchildren include Evan and his wife Kristen Friesen of Flowermound, TX, Erik Friesen of Henderson, Kendra and her husband Brian Fast of Moundridge, KS, Gentry and his wife Joy Friesen of Henderson, Gibbon and his wife Brooke Friesen Lincoln and Keshae Friesen of Henderson. Great Grandchildren include Ella Friesen of Flowermound TX, Peyton Fast and Leah Fast both of Moundridge, KS Also surviving is a sister, Bertha and her husband Elmer Friesen of Henderson. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.

Funeral services were held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 4, 2006 at the Bethesda Mennonite Church in Henderson with the Reverends Weldon Martens and George Kaufman officiating. Burial was at the Bethesda Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Bethesda Radio Broadcast.
