Frances B. Dodge

Frances B. Dodge age 89 of York, NE., formerly of Ainsworth, NE., died Sunday, October 31, 2004 at York. She was born December 27, 1914 at Wood Lake, NE., to Walter and Ethel (Pancake) Wallace and was a 1934 graduate of Ainsworth High School. Frances enjoyed playing cards with her many friends several times a week. On July 14, 1934 she was married to Fred E. Dodge at Springview, Nebraska.

She is survived by a son Floyd “Putt” and his wife Carol Dodge of Newport News, VA., and a daughter Eva and her husband Norm Williams of Lincoln. 9 Grandchildren 15 Great Grandchildren One brother Calvin Wallace of Rapid City, S.D. and a sister Merna Snowardt of Norfolk. Also a daughter-in-law Mary Dodge of York. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Ralph, dau Arlene, one great grandson, two brothers, Howard and Wilbur Wallace, a sister Miriam Hall and a brother-in-law Fred Snowardt.

Funeral services were Thursday, November 4, 2004 at the United Methodist Church in Ainsworth, NE. Burial was in the Ainsworth Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family.
