Georgia Deitrick

Georgia Deitrick age 67 of York, NE died Thursday, August 26, 2010 at York. She was born February 10, 1943 at York to George O. and Ruth E. (Osborn) Kaeding and graduated from York High School. She later went on to graduate from Drake University and then obtained her graduate degree at the University of Denver. Georgia was a longtime flight attendant and was a member of the Clipped Wings, the Association of Flight Attendants and the Continental Divide Land Trust. She was also a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in York. On September 14, 1976 she was married to Roger Evans Deitrick at Cordia Madoria, California.

She is survived by her brothers; Jerry and his wife Christine Kaeding of Bull Shoals, AK and Tom and his wife Karen Kaeding of York. Her nephews include Craig Kaeding and wife Alicia of Sheridan, WY and Scott Kaeding of Las Vegas, NV, a niece Andrea Huber and husband Mark of Oakley, KS, and her uncle Wayne Kaeding of Beatrice, NE. A grand niece Kaylee and nephew Noah Kaeding of Sheridan, WY, and Maddox Hubert of Oakley, KS. Also surviving are two aunts; Evelyn Kaeding and Violet Kaeding both of York. Numerous cousins and other family members. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Roger.

Memorial services were Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in York. Inurnment in Greenwood Cemetery at York. Memorials may be directed to Cause Foundation at P.O. Box 461163 Aurora, CO 80046.
