Konni Brumbaugh

Konni Marie Brumbaugh, age 55, of Prescott, AZ, died at her home on Saturday, February 18, 2006. Konni was born at York, NE, on October 27, 1950, to Howard and Doris (Robinson) Harris. Konni was a 1968 graduate of York High School and received her BA degree from Westmar College at LeMars, IA. She was married to Michael G. Brumbaugh at York on March 16, 1974. They lived in York, where she was co-owner and operator of the Spider’s Web. They also lived in Fremont, Elkhorn, Sioux City, Aurora, OH, and have resided in Prescott, AZ since 2001. Konni was an accomplished artist, working in a variety of mediums.

Surviving are her husband, Mike, and their son, Gage, of Prescott, AZ; her brother, Chuck Harris, and wife, Karen, of York; thirteen nieces and nephews; and her Yorkie, Dakota. Preceding her in death were her parents, Howard & Doris.

Funeral services were held at Metz Mortuary in York on Friday, February 24, 2006, with the Rev. Jeff Wulf officiating. Burial was at Greenwood Cemetery in York. Memorials may be directed to York Community Foundation, Prescott Fine Arts Assn, Yavapai Regional Medical Center Hospice or IDEAS.
