Ruth E. Bell

Ruth E. Bell, age 87, of York, died Tuesday, June 08, 2004 at York. She was born May 17, 1917 in York County to Roy C. and Julia M. (Stromberg) Miller. Ruth was a 1936 graduate of Bradshaw High School. On December 30, 1939, she married Louis C. Klinzman at Fairmont, NE and they lived for many years in McCool Jct. until his death in 1963. Ruth married Charles G. Bell on September 23, 1977 at York. Ruth was a member of the First United Methodist Church in York, United Methodist Women, Daughters of the Nile, York Senior Fun Club, past president of DOES #7 and had been the first president of the March of Dimes at McCool Jct. She worked for 13 years in the cafeteria of the McCool Jct. School and for many years at Tobers of York. Ruth had been a very active volunteer in the York area for many years. She is survived by her husband Charles of York; her son Louis LeRoy Klinzman and his wife Marilyn of Wahoo, NE;
